NAIROBI, Kenya, Jan 23 – Veteran administrator Paul Otula has retained the Kenya Basketball Federation (KBF) Chairman seat after beating his close challenger former basketballer Cynthia Omumbo in elections held Saturday at the Nyayo National Stadium.
Otula garnered 57 votes against Omumbo’s 45.
